We are writing to humbly request for your support for a critical school infrastructure project being undertaken by the UniMAC SDG Cohort 2025 in Dadome, North Tongu District.
As part of our student-led SDG initiative, we identified from our visit to Dadome Basic School urgently need desks. The few they have are broken and others sit on benches and floor to study resulting in the students feeling uncomfortable. This condition hinder effective teaching and learning and poses health risks to the students. We are seeking assistance to provide student desks for the Dadome D/A Basic school. This undertaking is our direct response to SDG 4 (Quality Education), as we believe every child deserves a safe and dignified learning environment. The budget for this project is 30,000 Ghana cedis. This is because we want to provide the school with 100 desks and each desk costs 300 cedis.
